本機(jī)是以磨料為工作介質(zhì)，以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，磨料和壓縮空氣在加壓罐內(nèi)加壓后，再由砂閥處加速后，將磨料引射到噴槍內(nèi)噴射到工件表面，達(dá)到預(yù)期的噴砂加工目的。
1.氣路工作原理
進(jìn)入干噴砂機(jī)的壓縮空氣氣源分為二路：一路進(jìn)入加壓罐，用于對(duì)磨料進(jìn)行加壓，以完成噴砂加工，通過(guò)過(guò)濾器對(duì)壓縮空氣進(jìn)行油、水過(guò)濾，通過(guò)減壓閥可調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)入噴槍的壓縮空氣壓力，通過(guò)電磁閥控制壓縮空氣的開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉；一路用于清理工件表面和噴砂艙內(nèi)的滯砂(積灰)。
2.砂路工作原理
磨料預(yù)先放置在加壓罐中(打開(kāi)機(jī)艙門(mén)，往機(jī)艙內(nèi)加入15—25kg磨料)，當(dāng)啟動(dòng)氣路電磁閥后，加壓罐頂閥浮起，關(guān)閉加砂口，磨料在加壓罐內(nèi)混合加壓后壓往下部調(diào)砂閥，在調(diào)砂閥處經(jīng)壓縮空氣加速后噴射出噴槍?zhuān)纯蓪?duì)工件進(jìn)行噴砂加工。
3.除塵器工作原理
除塵器與分離器用吸塵管連接，當(dāng)啟動(dòng)除塵風(fēng)機(jī)后，在噴砂機(jī)艙內(nèi)形成負(fù)壓，外部空氣通過(guò)進(jìn)氣口補(bǔ)充給噴砂艙，然后通過(guò)回砂管路進(jìn)入分離器后再被除塵器風(fēng)機(jī)抽入除塵器，如此形成了連續(xù)的氣體循環(huán)流動(dòng)，在流動(dòng)氣體的作用下，漂浮在噴砂艙內(nèi)的粉塵隨著氣流沿連接管路進(jìn)入除塵機(jī)組，經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾袋過(guò)濾后，落入集灰斗，經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾后的潔凈空氣通過(guò)除塵風(fēng)機(jī)排風(fēng)口排出；打開(kāi)除塵箱底部的蓋即可收集粉塵。
